In 1998, JoLynn founded Virtual Training Co Virtual Training Co a professional training company that provides instructor-led online or onsite training, custom courseware development, quizzes, games, pre/post assessments, etc. for different types of businesses including manufacturing, construction, legal, government, professional services and more.
